We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:

• Returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
• Hair must be unused and unaltered. It must not have been washed, colored, cut, curled, straightened, styled, or chemically treated in any way.
• Hair must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Any products returned after 30 days or showing signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
